Internal Sales Co-Ordinator Role

Alma Personnel is seeking a highly organized and communicative Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team near Birmingham City Centre. This full-time, permanent position involves handling customer inquiries, managing sales orders, and building strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication
  • Utilize CRM systems and internal databases to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure new business
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple products and changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Capacity to work towards KPIs and targets
