Residential Team Leader Position

Shaw healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Llwyn Teg. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centered care to service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate care delivery to ensure high standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
