Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Llwyn Teg. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

About the Role

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, promoting independence and dignity, and supporting our service users to achieve their goals.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Knowledge of care principles and practices
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
