Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Llwyn Teg. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their well-being and happiness.

About the Role

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and maintain high standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Maintain high standards of care and safety
  • Work closely with the care team to identify and address any issues or concerns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a care setting, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
