Deliver Great Customer Service as a Royal Mail Courier

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Royal Mail Courier. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Sort and process mail and packages in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail
