Job Summary

The Support Manager will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of participants, empowering them to achieve sustainable employment. This role requires a tenacious, highly organized, and innovative individual who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the benefits of work and create opportunities for participants.
  • Work in a fast-paced, targeted environment, prioritizing workload and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure effective caseload management.
  • Conduct regular reviews with participants to assess progress and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions.
  • Knowledge of the local labour market.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases.
