Membership Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at Membership Bespoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our membership and accreditation processes, as well as providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective membership and accreditation strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date membership data and records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support to members
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in membership management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
