**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) on the Isle of Wight.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our team, working alongside mental health nurses, social care practitioners, occupational therapists, and other professionals to deliver high-quality psychological solutions to children and young people with mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will provide direct therapeutic work, including individual therapy, group work, and parent workshops, and support the development of psychological thinking within the team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical supervision to Assistant Psychologists and Psychological Therapists
  • Support the Consultant Psychologist in developing psychological thinking within the team
  • Undertake service development projects

**Requirements:**

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist with post-graduate doctoral level training and registration with the Health Care and Professionals Council (HCPC). The ideal candidate will have experience in providing clinical supervision, leading service development projects, and communicating effectively with clients, families, carers, and professional colleagues.
