Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at a leading medical equipment supplier. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of our range of medical sterilisation systems at a central London hospital.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in field service or technical support, with experience in electronics or electro-mechanical service or technical support. You will also need to possess impeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install, repair, and maintain medical sterilisation systems at a central London hospital
  2. Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  3. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
