About the Role:

To be a successful Sales Team Member, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products, helping customers find the perfect solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and displays are appealing.

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
