About the Role

The OSB Group is seeking a skilled Vulnerable Customer Coach to join our Financial Support Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to manage their mortgage payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach team members on effectively identifying and managing vulnerabilities among mortgage customers.
  • Develop and deliver workshops on vulnerability to enhance team members' understanding and skills.
  • Provide regular feedback to colleagues to enhance the vulnerable customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to vulnerability in mortgage collections.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers receive tailored support and assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with vulnerable customers is essential.
  • Experience in a collections or arrears role within the Financial Services industry is required.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills are necessary.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £34,000.
