About the Role
The OSB Group is seeking a skilled Vulnerable Customer Coach to join our Financial Support Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to manage their mortgage payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach team members on effectively identifying and managing vulnerabilities among mortgage customers.
- Develop and deliver workshops on vulnerability to enhance team members' understanding and skills.
- Provide regular feedback to colleagues to enhance the vulnerable customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to vulnerability in mortgage collections.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers receive tailored support and assistance.
Requirements
- Experience in dealing with vulnerable customers is essential.
- Experience in a collections or arrears role within the Financial Services industry is required.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills are necessary.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £34,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a discretionary annual bonus opportunity, 28 days annual leave, contributory pension, and more.
