Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our team at OSB Group. As a key member of our Financial Support Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers experiencing financial difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective financial support to customers in arrears, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities, utilizing your expertise to achieve fair customer outcomes.
- Act as a coach and role model, supporting the development of less experienced team members.
- Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
- Demonstrated proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities.
- Skilled in providing bespoke support to vulnerable customers.
- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%.
