About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge Officer to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our residents.


The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for residents, providing assistance on the ground and building strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality customer service to our residents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the smooth running of the estate.

Notting Hill Genesis is a not-for-profit organisation providing affordable homes for Londoners. We are both a landlord and a developer, with more than 60,000 existing homes and 10,000 more in our pipeline. Our mission is to provide safe, clean, and enjoyable homes for our residents.


What You'll Do


You will be working closely with the Estate Operations Manager to deliver outstanding estate services while upholding NHG's Placemaking principles. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing a high level of customer service to a variety of residents, including diagnosing issues, providing advice, and resolving basic or complex problems.
  • Acting as an effective liaison between residents, estate management, and property management teams.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day running of the concierge desk, including maintaining excellent relationships with residents and offering an empathetic concierge service.
  • Carrying out regular patrols of the buildings to ensure safety and uphold/monitor cleaning standards.
