Job Overview

This Sales Director position involves leading a high-performing sales team to achieve their goals and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, coaching, and development, as well as a proven track record of impacting business growth using the MEDDPICC B2B sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Performance: Oversee team performance and create an environment of accountability, helping team members to exceed targets through clear expectations and motivation.
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on driving significant revenue growth by ensuring that the team is well-prepared, engaged, and supported in their pursuits of high-impact accounts.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, implementing tools and practices that enable a streamlined sales workflow and support operational excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, focusing on team management, coaching, and development.
  • Results-Oriented Culture: Fostered a collaborative, results-oriented culture that values continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, and act on sales performance metrics.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary of $130,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, regular company lunches, birthday celebrations, private medical and dental for you and your family, global working opportunities, generous holiday allowance, pension/401K matching, and a working from home allowance for tech or home office equipment.
