Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Ensure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy, including the management of pharmacy stock and the sale of medicines.
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy colleagues to ensure a safe and effective workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy standard operating procedures and data security protocols.
  • Build relationships with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals in the community.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience of working in the community pharmacy sector
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
