Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LEV Maintenance Technician to join our team at Emcor UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and testing local exhaust ventilation systems to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough examinations and testing of local exhaust ventilation systems in line with industry best practice, legislation, and GSK procedures.
  • Repair and maintain LEV equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Investigate and provide suitable advice to remedy any faults discovered.
  • Collaborate with the Process Supervisor to generate and review assets/PPM's and prioritize day-to-day work.
  • Attend and execute project protocols, factory acceptance tests, and site acceptance tests.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a related industry with a strong understanding of LEV systems and equipment.
  • Ability to achieve high levels of operational performance and maintain a high degree of first-line contact with user departments.
  • Knowledge of fluid systems, including fault-finding and rectification, and the ability to carry out cleaning, flushing, and dosing as required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise closely with the Senior Technician and User Departments.
