Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Technician

Rate: Up to £47,513

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

Location: Stevenage

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading FMCG manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow as a Maintenance Technician, working alongside experienced colleagues in a dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to any unscheduled plant stoppages.
- Working closely with the engineering and production team to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

- Possess a good level of understanding of the process, products, and all quality procedures.
- Responsible for overseeing planned maintenance.
- Diagnosing faults and identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions.
