LEV Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled LEV Technician to join our team at Emcor UK. As a Pharmaceutical Ventilation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and testing local exhaust ventilation systems to ensure they meet approved standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough examinations and testing of LEV systems in line with industry best practice, legislation, and GSK procedures.
- Repair and maintain LEV equipment, including Class 2 Biological Safety Cabinets, AFOS ventilated tables, and Protex ventilated workstations.
- Investigate and provide advice on faults discovered, and implement suitable remedies.
- Collaborate with the Process Supervisor to generate and review assets/PPM's and prioritize day-to-day work.
- Attend and execute project protocols, factory acceptance tests, and site acceptance tests.
Requirements:
- Experience in a related industry, with a strong understanding of LEV systems and their maintenance.
- Ability to achieve high levels of operational performance and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Knowledge of fluid systems, including fault finding and rectification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
