Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including sub-contractor management, site supervision, and quality control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring minimal impact on quality, budget, and timeline.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understand pricing models, cost, and sales procedures, and assist in managing scope creep through client change orders and internal change orders.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with QHSE processes, including the Construction Phase Plan, and implement and carry out all required inspections, checks, and monitoring on all plant, equipment, materials, and personnel.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven supervisory experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
  • Qualifications: Compliant with the training matrix for Project Site Supervisor, recognized technical qualification in construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar, and business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy.
  • Skills: Ability to plan and organize labour, equipment, and work schedule, strong influencing and negotiation skills, ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, and awareness of contractual terms and Project Management processes.
