About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Spire Leicester.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a catering team, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the catering team
  • Develop and implement menus to meet special dietary requirements
  • Ensure effective control of staff rotas and pay expenditures
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in senior catering management role
  • Advanced Food Hygiene qualification (Level 3)
