Job Title: Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a team at a reputable residential care home in London. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement support plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Conduct residential core assessments and write pathway plans to ensure effective care delivery
  • Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals to assess risks and strengths
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including finance, administration, and staff management
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Clear enhanced DBS Record
  • Experience of Social Services and Local Authorities
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
