We have a unique opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to provide 24-hour support to a gentleman with an acquired brain injury in Burton-on-Trent.

Job Overview:

This role involves working on a 2:1 staff-to-client ratio, ensuring the highest level of care and support is provided at all times.

Key Requirements:
  • A valid driving licence is required to drive the client's adapted car.
  • At least 12 months UK based experience supporting vulnerable adults is essential.
  • A positive and person centred attitude is required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts on a rolling rota to include weekends is necessary.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £43,680 per year, based on a 36-hour week at £12 per hour.
