Our ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care services.

The salary for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including extensive training and development opportunities, 28 days' annual leave, and access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance Scheme.

In addition to the competitive salary, we offer an enhanced rate of £1,500 per week for waking night shifts, as well as additional payments for Bank Holidays and certain shifts. Our flexible shift patterns allow for a great work-life balance, with options for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
