About the Role
Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Project Management Team at our Bridgewater site in Somerset. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in securing approval for a progressive People Plan that aligns with the project's strategic and operational objectives.
