As a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our team at a specialist educational provision.
About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who can provide administrative support to our HR and recruitment functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams
- Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
