Cosy Club is a vibrant and welcoming venue that offers an exceptional experience to our guests. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
