We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our teams on site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Heads of Departments to ensure proactive management of teams on site.
- Accountable for recruiting, supporting, training, and people development to deliver an efficient, high-quality service.
- Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget.
- Develop innovative menu planning and design of food service within specified budgets.
- Create a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
- Proven experience of successfully managing a team.
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
- A strong team player, highly confident, and positive.
- Self-motivated and innovative.
- Previous experience within management, contract catering desirable.
