About the Role

The Alternative Provision Practitioner will work with children who struggle to maintain attendance and learning in a school environment. The role involves assisting in the educational and social development of students, working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who have struggled in a mainstream school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 lessons produced in conjunction with our HEAL Teachers and Head Teacher
  • Work 1:1 or 2:1 with children in a variety of non-school settings
  • Support children with learning and education based on their individual needs
  • Make a positive impact on children's lives
