Key Responsibilities:

As a Reporting and Analytics Expert, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our department's systems and databases, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to increase efficiency.

  • Develop and implement automatic reports and alerts within the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel, MS Query, VB, PowerShell, and Power BI.
  • Work closely with the commercial manager and sales & marketing team to provide and analyze data, helping to focus resources and drive business growth.
  • Produce effective reporting that is easy to digest and understand, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist the Commercial Manager in analyzing areas of the business and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and assist the IT Manager in maintaining various software applications and associated hardware.
Requirements:
  • Must be curious and analytical, with a strong ability to problem-solve.
  • Good knowledge of PCs and servers, with experience in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic.
  • Sound experience in SQL, with experience working with sensitive data.
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerShell, and PowerApps.
