Norse South East's Workshop Division offers a range of mechanical services across the East Hampshire district.
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Fitter to join our depot in Havant, responsible for the upkeep of the company fleet of LGV and HGV vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Service, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with Operators Licence requirements
- Prepare vehicles for annual tests and road test vehicles to certify roadworthiness
- Attend breakdowns on a rota system
- City & Guilds Part 3 in motor vehicles studies or equivalent
- Category C+E Driving Licence
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance standards required for HGV operation
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety and its impact in vehicle repair operations
- Experience in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of all types of large and small commercial vehicles
- Salary: £43,260 Per year
