Bank Nurse RGN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate bank nurses to support our trust's staffing needs. As a bank nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work in various settings across our hospitals.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a bank nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contributing to the development of individual patient care plans. You will also participate in research and special projects as directed by the ward manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing individual patient care plans
- Participating in holistic assessments and reviewing patient care plans
- Acting as named nurse or associate for a group of patients
- Contributing to the setting, maintaining, and monitoring of standards of care within the ward
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RGN level 1 qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Teaching and assessing qualification/training or equivalent
- Significant post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
