We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager for a nursing home in Huyton, Liverpool, to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company with excellent progression opportunities and enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact every day.

The successful candidate will oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, develop strong relationships with key partners within the community, and ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment, an active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD, and strong leadership and management skills.
