Financial Business Partner

In this exciting position, you will be part of the high-performing Finance team at Rooftop Housing Group, responsible for providing a financial business partnering service to the Operations and Resources directorates.
Key Responsibilities- Calculating service charges in line with policy and ensuring accuracy of financial statements.
- Leading the preparation of service charge audits and variable service charge reconciliations.
- Setting service charges for new developments and being the key contact for service charges.
- Assisting in the production of the Group monthly management accounts and sector scorecard.
You will need experience of working in a finance team and experience of interpreting complex or difficult data. You will also need to be working towards or prepared to work towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a natural problem solver and very strong ICT skills to analyse data and improve processes.
