About the Role

Rooftop Housing Group is a dynamic and forward-thinking social business, dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate service charges in line with policy and lead on the preparation of service charge audits and variable service charge reconciliations.
  • Set service charges for new developments and serve as the key contact for service charges.
  • Assist in the production of the Group monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Produce specific working papers for the statutory accounts and sector scorecard.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in a finance team and the ability to interpret complex data. A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) is essential, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent ICT skills.
