Job Title: RSC Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled RSC Support Engineer to join our Restaurant Support Centre team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our network and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account and Email Management: Set up and manage accounts using GEM/Active Directory (AD), configure and oversee distribution lists and email accounts through Office 365/AD.
  • IT Equipment and Software: Order and manage IT equipment, handle purchasing paperwork and configuration, maintain IT equipment, and decommission expired hardware.
  • Operational Support: Provide dedicated clinic support, assist in desk management, set up and manage desk and conference phones, and ensure connectivity and maintenance of network cabling to desks.
  • Reporting: Regularly update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and generate monthly/periodical statistical reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with AD, Office 365, and experience using TFS.
  • Strong capability in managing IT equipment lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
  • Skilled in software license management and installation.
  • Experience in providing both in-person and remote support to end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to provide clinic support during early hours and adaptability to meet changing operational needs.

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
