Business Manager

Job Summary: Investigo is seeking an experienced AVP Business Manager to support business management in financial operations, financial management, and governance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly financial data interrogation, cost centre reviews, and invoice management.
- Support monthly headcount management, including tracking, forecasting, and organisational governance.
- Participate in annual business continuity planning, including business impact analysis and plan writing.
- Support offshoring governance administrative actions.
- Assist with new joiner administration.
- Manage the "Kizuna" intranet site as required.
- Support culture and sustainability initiatives, including action plan development.
Requirements:
- Qualified or part-qualified CIMA designation.
- Previous experience as a financial analyst or business manager with 1-3 years' experience.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
