We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IMS Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Sizewell C, one of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • IMS Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of IMS documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Support the monitoring and reporting of compliance with IMS policies and procedures across various departments.
  • Training Support: Coordinate and assist in delivering training sessions related to the IMS, helping staff understand and adhere to the required processes.
  • Audit Preparation: Help prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is in order and readily accessible.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on data related to IMS performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the IMS.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with IMS objectives.
Requirements
  • Essential:
    • Experience in the administration of processes/procedures in a management system.
    • Experience in managing competing priorities and demands, dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment, with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Flexible integrated approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
    • Excellent organizational skills (flexible/organized/methodical).
    • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
    • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organization and externally.
    • Ability to deal with difficult enquiries/solve unique problems.
    • Use of Microsoft Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in the administration of assurance (audit/inspection) activity.
    • Experience using Microsoft Visio & Power BI.
    • Previous experience of working on a large project organization preferably within the Nuclear Industry.
    • General team support experience knowledge producing professional work as well as ability to adapt to new and changing systems.
