Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and cost control.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Operations Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
