About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present a variety of dishes to a high standard, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and visually appealing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Skills: Excellent culinary skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain the highest standards in the kitchen.
