Job Title: Telecommunications Division Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Telecommunications Division Director to lead our telecommunications division. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving business growth and local community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the telecommunications division, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the telecommunications team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business growth opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to expand T-Tech's customer base, market share, and revenue streams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, negotiating and managing contracts to drive mutual success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet partner expectations.
  • Manage customer relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Track and manage business opportunities throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record in driving business growth and local community engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and expanding market share.
  • Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.

Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of a telephone conversation with the Recruitment Manager, a 1-hour Microsoft Teams interview, an online assessment, and a 1-hour face-to-face meeting with the team.
