• Local Networking and Community Engagement: Represent Ladybird Communications in local business networks, industry associations, and community events in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

• Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record in driving business growth and local community engagement.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and expanding market share.
• Working knowledge of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
