Telecommunications Director

Ladybird Communications is seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Director to spearhead our telecommunications division. This pivotal role is focused on driving new business, with responsibilities spanning across telecom operations, strategy, development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and local networking within Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for the telecoms division, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Business Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business growth opportunities within the telecom sector.
- Local Networking and Community Engagement: Represent Ladybird Communications in local business networks, industry associations, and community events in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record in driving business growth and local community engagement.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and expanding market share.
- Working knowledge of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
