Caritas Futures is proud to partner with the NSPCC, a leading children's charity, to recruit dedicated Childline Practitioners (Twilight) for our Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, and Glasgow teams.

About the Role

As a Childline Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the public to protect children and young people. You will provide emotional support, practical guidance, and help to anyone who thinks a child may be at risk of abuse. Your empathy, sensitivity, and common sense will empower adults across the UK to look out for the children around them and give them a voice when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and assistance to the public via telephone, email, and text
  • Take ownership of each contact, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the NSPCC team to develop child protection expertise and make a positive impact on thousands of families across the UK
