At ACS Performance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our strategic OEM and reseller customers, fostering long-term partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profit growth with strategic accounts through effective sales strategies and pipeline development.
- Strategic Planning: Define, develop, and implement strategic plans over a 3-5-year time scale, aligning with customer needs and company goals.
- Relationship Management: Ensure strong relationships with customers, industry contacts, and internal teams to drive account portfolio growth.
- Trend Identification: Identify risks and anticipate trends to influence future business developments within the sector.
- International Travel: Travel internationally and within your territory to maximize key customer contact.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of successful account management experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to build strategic relationships and deliver presentations.
- Strong influencing skills to navigate complex relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on strategic plans.
- Self-motivation and a passion for delivering growth and exceptional service.
