Key Account Manager

At ACS Performance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our strategic OEM and reseller customers, fostering long-term partnerships to drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profit growth with strategic accounts through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Strategic Planning: Define, develop, and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth, pipeline development, relationship management, and strategic collaborations.
  • Customer Insights: Ensure company development and breakthrough innovations align with customer needs by gathering feedback from the market and developing business cases.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and anticipate trends to influence future business developments within the sector, and liaise with relevant teams to set and monitor pricing and business quality to meet targets.
  • International Travel: Travel internationally and within your territory to maximize key customer contact.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with industry contacts and across the company to ensure successful development of the account portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of successful account management experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to build strategic relationships across all levels of the organization, deliver presentations, and write reports and proposals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on strategic plans.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering growth and exceptional service.
