HR Operations Manager

We Are Adam is seeking a highly skilled HR Shared Services Manager to join our team. As a key hire, you will play a crucial role in transforming our HR service delivery, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead a team that manages HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and SLA development.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce errors, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Work closely with others to align HR service delivery with strategic goals and leverage HRIS and other HR technologies to streamline workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance across HR services.
