HR Shared Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to join our team at We Are Adam. As a key hire for our high-performance, fast-growth business, you will play a crucial role in transforming our HR service delivery, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team that manages HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and spearheading process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize efficient and effective HR processes, including employee lifecycle management and benefits administration.
  • Develop SLAs to ensure consistent HR service standards across the organization.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce errors, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Work closely with others to align HR service delivery with strategic goals.
  • Leverage HRIS and other HR technologies to streamline workflows and stay ahead of the latest HR technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance across HR services.
  • Serve as a champion for employee satisfaction and engagement by providing excellent HR service.
About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on-site in Warrington for 4 days a week. Once you've made headway, the hybrid arrangement will be 3 days a week on-site.
