We Are Adam is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the transformation of our HR service delivery and enhance the employee experience. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that manages HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, process improvements, and integration of technology solutions to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize efficient and effective HR processes
  • Employee lifecycle management, including benefits administration
  • Develop SLAs to ensure consistent HR service standards across the organization
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce errors, and improve employee satisfaction
  • Work closely with others to align HR service delivery with strategic goals
  • Leverage HRIS and other HR technologies to streamline workflows, staying one step ahead of the latest HR technologies and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements, and ensure compliance across HR services
  • Serve as a champion for employee satisfaction and engagement by providing excellent HR service

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on-site initially for 4 days a week. Once you've made headway, the hybrid arrangement will be 3 days a week on-site.
