The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing paediatric therapy services, including conducting expert assessments and delivering specialized interventions for children with complex physical, developmental, and sensory needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of therapists.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.
  • Contributing to service development initiatives, identifying areas for improvement in paediatric therapy services.
