Job Title: Chef de Rang

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Rang to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our Restaurant and Bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Restaurant and Bar team to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior team to develop and implement food concepts and operational strategies.
  • Ensure that all aspects of food service operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service standards and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
